I took my KS26 bike in for a service, and while it took a while to get it back, I noticed that the screen protector on the display had been peeled off. I'm not happy about this, as I like to keep the screen protector and other covers on to maintain the bike's pristine condition. I also noticed that the display screen gets dirty while riding due to the absence of the protector. I would really appreciate it if you could provide me with a replacement screen protector. Thank you!

Great place! I purchased a kristall ks26 4 weeks ago, one of my crank arm came loose and I took it in to get it repaired, they repaired my bike on the spot and as it is still fairly new they changed the damage crank arm for a new one and I didn’t have to pay a single penny! They respected my warranty without making any drama, and they were really friendly!
