No. Both models are clearly distinct from a franchise arrangement. The Licence Opportunity is a licence only, and the Global Brand Partnership is a contract arrangement. Neither involves a prescribed franchise system. Prospective partners should seek independent legal advice.
How do I get detailed information?
For the Licence Opportunity, a non-refundable Information Disclosure Fee of $1,000 applies to access detailed guidelines and financial disclosures. For the Global Partnership, contact us directly — all discussions are confidential and there is no upfront fee.
Can I apply for both models?
