HOW IT WORKS
PERFORMANCE TIME, YOUR WAY
Our operator arrives ahead of time, checks the space and sets up. The robot then performs for the time you have booked, and you decide how that time is used across your event.
IMPORTANT
Your booking covers the robot's performance time , spread across a wider window at your venue. A 30-minute booking, for example, is typically spread across about an hour: ten minutes greeting guests as they arrive, ten minutes of interaction and photographs, ten minutes of dancing. You choose the split.
The robot rests between segments, which is exactly what keeps it performing at full capability during the moments that matter. Setup, pack-down and travel within Melbourne are included and are not charged.

COMMON QUESTIONS
DOES THE ROBOT PERFORM FOR THE WHOLE TIME IT IS AT MY EVENT?
No, and that is deliberate. You book performance time — 30 minutes, for example — and we spread it across a wider window, usually about an hour for a 30-minute booking. The robot rests between segments so it performs at full capability during the moments that matter. You choose how the time is split across your event.
DO I PAY EXTRA FOR SETUP AND PACK-DOWN?
No. Setup, pack-down and travel within Melbourne are all included. You are charged for the robot's performance time only.
CAN THE ROBOT SAY OUR NAMES OR OUR COMPANY MESSAGE?
Yes. Custom messages are part of every booking — a couple's names at a wedding, a birthday child's name, a company slogan at a corporate event. Send us the wording when you book.
CAN GUESTS TOUCH THE ROBOT OR TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS WITH IT?
Yes. Photographs with guests are one of the main reasons people book. Our operator manages all interaction so guests can get close safely.
CAN YOU DO OUTDOOR EVENTS?
Yes, on dry, smooth and level ground. Grass, gravel and wet surfaces are not suitable for a walking humanoid robot. Outdoor bookings need a wet-weather backup space.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
All Melbourne suburbs and surrounding areas, from our base in Altona. Travel is included in the price. For venues well outside metropolitan Melbourne, contact us before booking.
CAN WE HIRE BOTH ROBOTS?
Yes. A second robot is available as an add-on and works well for larger venues and full-day exhibitions. Ask for combined pricing when you enquire.
CAN WE SEE THE ROBOT BEFORE WE BOOK?
Yes. Visit our store and pay only $50 to live the experience before you decide. Book a time with us at our Altona showroom. Confirm duration and whether this is credited against a booking
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE BOOK?
Once your booking is paid, you are invited in to our store for a free 15-minute test with a dedicated team member. Together you organise the timing of your event — the robot’s performance, dancing, greeting and pictures — and you get to live the experience before the day.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE MELBOURNE?
All Melbourne suburbs and surrounds are covered as standard with travel included. For venues beyond metropolitan Melbourne, contact us and we will quote for your location.
WHAT IF WE NEED MORE TIME ON THE DAY?
Extra hours are available from $250 to $400 per hour, subject to the operator's schedule and battery capacity. Booking the time upfront is cheaper and far more reliable.
