Our e-bike products are covered by a 2-year warranty for manufacturer faults on the frame and a 1-year warranty for manufacturer faults on electric parts. Warranty terms apply.

We also offer 6 months of free service on eligible e-bikes. This helps Sydney riders keep their bike maintained correctly and avoid preventable faults.

Warranty may not apply if the e-bike has not been serviced properly or if scheduled servicing has been missed.

What E-Bike Warranty Does Not Cover

E-Ozzie warranty does not usually cover:

E-Bike Returns

If you receive your e-bike and are not satisfied, you may return it within 7 days, as long as it is unused, in original packaging, and meets the return terms.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Services, assemblies, and shipping charges are not refundable.
