Design Requirements for E-Scooters

• Designed for use by one person.
• Must have a footboard supported by wheels and be steered with handlebars.
• Size limits: max 1,250mm in length, 700mm in width, 1,350mm in height, and weigh no more than 60kg when unloaded.
