After complaining in relation to the misleading information on items the company is selling in regards to "PUNCTURE PROOF TYRES" which they are not. (fraudulent and misleading, consumer rights violations)
The company has stated that I am no longer allowed into their stores. They accused a person of disabilities and memory issues of theft after a purchasing error and the item was returned in unopened packaging after a week or 2 with physical messages to prove this. The company self projected their own dishonest ways onto a person with disabilities and shows no accountability in remedying the degenerative actions they have displayed in accordance to following consumer rights and rectifying the fraudulent notions they have displayed with misleading information. Taking advantage of countless people at this point, all who have purchased "PUNCTURE PROOF TYRES" have been mislead and are entitled to full refunds in accordance to consumer laws. If I was in full recognition of the tyres not being of what they have displayed them to be through lies and manipulative text phrasing, I would not have purchased the Veloz V2 through this company.

False, Misleading & Fraudulent Item description.
I purchased a Veloz V2 with all the extras.
They company stated in there items descriptions relating to "PUNCTURE PROOF TYRES".
After riding the item the "PUNCTURE PROOF TYRES" proved to be anything but that, contradicting there promises in relation to never worrying about having flat tyres again. Being messaged privately stating that "In regards to that, you can say they are puncture resistant".
Which is fraudulent and misleading behaviour which contradicts the information promised on this website and is in violation of consumer laws.

I liked their after sales service! Speed controller was faulty and their responce time and face to face service solution was the best. Replacment part Sent now fitted and no more problem, highly recommend eozzie scooters.
