A humanoid robot is difficult to judge from a screen. The scale, the way it corrects its own balance, the moment it turns and looks at you — none of that comes across in a video. The same is true of an exoskeleton: fifteen minutes wearing one tells you more than an hour of reading specifications.

Fitted, worn and tested by you
A powered exoskeleton you actually put on. Our team fits it, briefs you, and then you move in it — lifting, bending, walking — so you can feel the assistance rather than read about it.

Can I book both the robot demonstration and the exoskeleton test?
Yes. Book two consecutive slots and you will be with us for about 30 minutes in total.
Can I bring other people with me?
Yes. The $99 covers the session, not a per-person charge, so bring a colleague or a family member. Let us know when booking if it is a larger group.
Which robot will I see?
Whichever of our humanoids is available on the day. If you want to see a specific model, tell us when booking and we will confirm before your visit.
Can I take photos or video?
Yes, and most people do. The robot is considerably more impressive in person than it looks on a phone screen, but that has never stopped anyone.
What should I wear for the exoskeleton test?
Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Nothing loose that could catch. You do not need to change.
I am thinking about buying one. Is this the right session?
Yes. Most people who book are weighing up a purchase, and the session is built around that — you see the machine work, then you have our team to yourself for questions on pricing, delivery, training and what ownership actually involves.
Can I just turn up without booking?
We would rather you booked. These sessions need a team member and the equipment set aside, so a walk-in cannot be guaranteed — particularly if the robot is out at an event or a school that day.
Are you open on Sundays?
No. Bookings run Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday, 10:00am to 3:00pm. We are closed Sundays and public holidays.
Do you have other Eozzie showrooms?
We have stores in Sydney and Perth, but these demonstrations run at the Melbourne showroom in Altona only.
